Operator Safety

Operator safety is a key consideration in the design of an effective tip-down drawer.  The GSF Slide and Tilt enables installers to design a high-bay storage unit that ensures operators, who may have different sizes and strength, are lifting loads at chest height and above within approved operational parameters.

GSF’s design also results in a more controlled opening movement, intended to reduce the risk of operator injury.

With double handles fitted to the drawer front, the operator’s gloved hand is kept well away from pinch points, and allows the operator to maintain maximum control over the drawer.
